JJ Sorrenti

CEO at Best Life Brands

As CEO, JJ oversees the strategic growth of Best Life Brands. A franchising and retailing expert, Sorrenti has led multiple companies to award-winning results over the past 25 years. Formerly president of Safeguard Business Systems, a division of Deluxe Corporation, his experience also included serving as CEO and board member of Hollywood Tans, CEO of Huntington Learning Centers, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at General Nutrition Centers. JJ is also involved with the International Franchise Association (IFA) and sits on the board of trustees for the IFA Education Foundation.

Jennifer LoBianco

Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer of Marketing for Best Life Brands, Jennifer is responsible for brand marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and franchisee marketing, in addition to franchise development marketing across all brands. Jennifer has an extensive background in all areas of marketing and franchising having worked across various industries for over two decades. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University. Jennifer is very passionate about volunteering her time with various mentorship programs, including having developed the first Best Life Brands employee resource group, focused on bringing together newer female professionals to share ideas and meet with female leaders.

Kevin Vesely

Chief Financial Officer at Best Life Brands

Kevin Vesely serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. Kevin is responsible for the financial strategy, direction, and infrastructure of Best Life Brands, as well as ensuring proper reporting and analysis of financial results. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, he was the chief financial officer at Alpaca Audiology, a rapidly-growing audiology practice spanning across the United States. Kevin has over 15 years of experience in strategic finance, general management, and public accounting having spent time with PwC in both their Little Rock and National Offices. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Becky Bongiovanni, CSA

Co-Founder and Brand President

Ms. Bongiovanni is our co-founder and has been in the assisted-living placement industry since 2004. She was the sole operator of Arizona Placement Advisors, Inc. (which is now Arizona Placement Associates, LLC) from January 2006 until April 2009. Ms. Bongiovanni became the Corporate Trainer for CarePatrol in April 2009 and finally Chief Operating Officer in May 2011. She is currently in charge of franchise operations including training of new franchisees and continued coaching for all franchisees as they progress through the system. She has also served as the Treasurer of the National Post-Acute Care Continuum, a 501(c)(3) organization from January 2016 to the present.

Vice President of Operations

Meet Colleen, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in the world of franchising. With a keen focus on business growth driven by meticulous data analysis, Colleen’s career has been marked by a commitment to excellence.

As the Vice President of Operations at CarePatrol, Colleen plays a pivotal role in leading our dedicated franchisee support team. She excels in helping team members and franchisees identify and overcome obstacles that may impede their performance, all while facilitating the development of strategic business plans aimed at optimizing improvement.

Colleen’s dedication doesn’t end there. She takes pride in ensuring that all franchisees adhere to our brand’s standards, and when necessary, she collaborates with them to craft effective corrective action plans. Her unwavering commitment is a testament to her deep commitment to serving our franchisees.

In addition to her remarkable career in franchising, Colleen is also a proud Veteran who served our country for four years as a member of the US Army. Her dedication, discipline, and leadership skills cultivated during her military service continue to shine through in her professional endeavors.
