I literally do not know how we would’ve started or where without Eric Klein’s advice, info, and guidance. He put us in touch with and on the path of a wonderful place (and there aren’t many), and he steered us away from less desirable places. He also explained the truly awful system that is Medicare and Medicaid. Everything he told us corresponded with what we learned from the place that we found for my mom. Again, without contacting Eric at Care Patrol as a starting point, I’d have had no clue what to do.

Eric made our journey very easy and we learned things we never would have alone.

With his help ewe found our future home and we believe it will be a great future.

Finding a place for your parent with Alzheimer’s to live is fraught with anxiety and burden and Eric helped cut out so many facilities that wouldn’t have met mom’s needs without us having to do any of the leg work. He narrowed down the appropriate facilities and toured them with us. He walked the line of being objective, but also 100% on our side. We had mom living in her new apartment within 2 months of meeting Eric. He was the push we needed to get through the arduous process for mom’s safety and wellbeing and our peace of mind.

Eric Klein is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Senior Living communities and is exceptional at finding the right fit based on your loved one’s needs. He has helped me personally twice now and has given the most appropriate recommendations. He also works with the facilities to make sure everything is cared for before a move takes place. I’ve recommended him at least a dozen times since I first worked with him and everyone has been beyond thrilled with his knowledge and expertise.

Eric helped to narrow down the long list of care options to two locations. He set up times for us to see both. He was also very supportive during the process.

Eric worked with us as we looked to move my mother (95) from independent living to assisted living. After our first meeting he had a great sense of who mom was and what she would need. He helped us narrow down our choices and in a short time we made our ‘educated choice’ and mom is now getting the extra help she needs in her new residence.
