Paula Sotir received her BSN from Duke University and her Masters in General Administration Health Care Track from the University of MD. She has continued to gain knowledge and has become a certified Senior Care Advisor and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. Over the last 40 years, she has worked in all aspects of healthcare, including hospitals, wound care, home IV therapy, and in-home care. In 2014 she focused her healthcare knowledge on senior care placement with CarePatrol. She is fortunate to help aging adults find assisted living and memory care. She is passionate about educating and advocating for seniors during this challenging process to find the safest senior living option. Paula’s problem-solving ability, incredible work ethic, and compassion for aging adults have resulted in helping so many seniors in Baltimore.
Paula is surrounded by a large family in Baltimore and rarely misses a sporting event. She is active with her college alumni, helping women become leaders in their fields. She is active in her church, loves traveling, working out, and enjoys events with family and friends.

Kris has been a successful licensed realtor for the past 18 years. Prior to her real estate career, she received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University and was a Research Analyst and Vice President at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Her broad experience in finance, real estate, and mortgages is the perfect background for a touring specialist and one that propelled her to want to join the CarePatrol Team. She enjoys educating seniors and their families on the challenges they may face in finding a community that best suits their needs. Kris utilizes her analytical skills to evaluate senior living options, a skill critical to touring clients and one she has honed in her real estate career. She prides herself on building lifelong relationships. The empathy she exhibits for people is a driving force and one that keeps her involved with families throughout the entire process and beyond. Because of their trust in her knowledge, and her attention to detail, CarePatrol has been the recipient of many referrals. Kris feels very fortunate to be able to help people at a stressful time in their lives.
Kris and her husband George have been married for 27 years, have two children whom they love spending time with, and enjoy traveling, sports and boating.

Laura attended Towson University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Community Health. For 10 years she worked in Publishing and marketing with local Baltimore businesses. Laura’s education, experience, and communication skills have helped seniors and their families understand their options to plan accordingly. Over the past 8 years, Laura has been working with aging adults and their families. She began helping seniors with palliative and hospice care. Understanding all the complexities and choices that are available can be overwhelming for seniors, Laura is able to identify safe living options specifically in assisted living placement and memory care. Laura has been instrumental in advocating and educating the seniors about their options in great detail to assist them with their choice.
Laura has lived in Baltimore County her entire life, from Towson to Parkton. She enjoys learning and seeks opportunities to grow. She has 3 adult sons, Aidan, Campbell, and Finley. Being connected to nature, either outdoor running or working at her desk watching her chickens keeps her grounded.

Linda joins the Care Patrol team with nearly 30 years of experience in Healthcare/Senior Living. A graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education, Linda began her career at the American Cancer Society. It was there that Linda met a Volunteer who sparked her interest in Skilled Nursing/Rehab. In 1994, Linda was hired as the Director of Admissions for a national Skilled Nursing Facility company where she developed a strong understanding of sub-acute care services including skilled nursing services and physical, occupational and speech therapy. Over the 12 years with this National company, Linda nurtured and developed strong relationships with hospital Social Workers and Case Managers to ensure that patients had a smooth transition from the acute care hospital setting to post-acute care. She enjoyed working with families to educate them on the transfer process, educating them on services provided at the facility, assisting with the completion of admission paperwork, and connecting them with the appropriate facility staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
In 2006, Linda was hired as the Director of Admissions and Business Development by Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital (a member of Lifebridge Health) to oversee the Admission and Nurse Liaison teams. Working in this Skilled Nursing and Chronic Care hospital setting allowed Linda to expand her knowledge in Senior Care services including Geriatric Psychiatric Care, where she and her team were instrumental in coordinating admissions from hospitals in and around Maryland. Patients admitted to this secure Unit were often discharged to an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community which led Linda to pursue career opportunities in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Moving from Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and psychiatric services to Community Sales Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, allowed Linda to assist prospects and families by using her years of knowledge and experience to fully and genuinely understand the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of not only the prospect but their family members as well. Linda Is passionate about working with aging adults and their families and takes pride in using her experience to connect her clients to services that best fit their healthcare needs.
Linda is from Baltimore County. She is the proud mother of 2 adult children. Jared, a sales and marketing director for a senior living community, and Lacey, an ER nurse. In her spare time, Linda and her boyfriend enjoy hiking with their 7-year old black lab, biking, traveling and spending time with family.

Debbie Hill received her BA in Economics and Political Science, along with her MA Economics, from the University of Delaware. Debbie comes to CarePatrol with over 30 years of finance and business development experience, with the last 12 years in the health care field. She is a native of Baltimore and is very familiar with the healthcare landscape in this market. We are excited that Debbie will be doing Outreach and Community Development, educating the Baltimore community about CarePatrol’s service of helping seniors find safe and appropriate living options. Debbie will be working with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, home health agencies, Physicians and in-home care organizations. Debbie lives in Hunt Valley with her boyfriend Pete and dog Pudgy and has three grown daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, biking and hiking. Debbie is also a girl’s lacrosse referee.

During those 25 years, Tanya has worked for Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Centers. One of her greatest strengths is having the ability of easing the physical and emotional burdens placed on patients and families during this time of transition. She has a passion for problem solving and helping seniors. Tanya is married and is a mother of two teenage boys. When is not working, she can be found on at a sporting event, cheering on her boys.

Paula joins the Care Patrol team after an extensive 30 year career in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She is a graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. She has had formidable experience in sales and marketing over the course of her career. However, Paula’s real talent is as a “people person” which gives her the unique ability to empathize with our clients/families on a personal level to help guide them through the difficult choices that lie ahead.
Paula is from Baltimore County and is the proud mother of two adult woman and proud grandmother of 4. Her husband and daughters are healthcare providers which enriches her perspective of the medical landscape. Paula will always place the client’s needs as paramount in the decision making process.
